COVID-19 Policy

Dear Clients,

Thank you for your understanding and patience during these difficult times. Masks are no longer required to enter our clinic, but we do recommend that everyone wear a mask when in close quarters. We are allowing one client in the exam room with their pet during their pet’s appointment. The health and safety of you and all of our staff is our top priority so that we can continue to offer your pets the care they deserve.

If You’re Coming for Appointments

Masks are no longer required for entry, but they are recommended. If you are more comfortable with curbside care, that is available as well. If you prefer that, please give us a call at 780-939-3133 when you arrive and we will meet you at the door to bring your pet inside.

If You’re Picking Up Food or Medication

Please come inside! If you prefer curbside pick up, please call us at 780-939-3133 and we will place your order by our front entrance. Please note that you can purchase your food through our online store, which you can find on the top menu of our website.

Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us all stay healthy. Please be considerate of our staff. We ask only for courtesy and kindness when working with our team as they continue to work tirelessly to provide the best level of care for your pet during these trying times.
